The SZMMBZ15VAWT1G is a dual monolithic silicon Zener diode from On Semiconductor, designed for voltage and ESD sensitive equipment. It provides protection for two separate lines using a single common anode configuration in a small SC-70-3 package. This device is ideal for applications where board space is at a premium, such as computers, printers, business machines, communication systems, and medical equipment.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 12V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 15V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 21V at a peak pulse current of 1.9A (10/1000µs waveform).
