The SZESDM3551MXT5G is a bidirectional Zener diode designed for ESD protection in voltage-sensitive applications. It has a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V and a typical clamping voltage of 7.5V at 16A peak pulse current. The device provides ±30kV ESD protection (contact and air) per IEC 61000-4-2, making it suitable for high-reliability interfaces.
