The SZESD8704MUTAG is a low capacitance ESD protection diode array from On Semiconductor, designed to protect high speed data lines from electrostatic discharge. It features an ultra-low capacitance of 0.5 pF maximum (I/O to GND), making it ideal for voltage sensitive high speed interfaces. The device provides robust ESD protection meeting IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 with contact and air discharge ratings of ±30 kV.
With a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 5.0V, this array effectively clamps ESD events while maintaining signal integrity.
