The SZESD8008MUTAG is an ESD protection diode array from On Semiconductor, designed to protect four high-speed differential pairs (8 lines). It features ultra-low capacitance of 0.35 pF maximum (I/O to GND), minimizing signal degradation on high-speed data lines. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 with ±15 kV contact and air discharge, and IEC 61000-4-5 with 5 A peak pulse current (8/20 µs).
