The SZESD7462N2T5G is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from On Semiconductor, designed to protect voltage sensitive components from ESD and transient voltage events. It features ultra-low capacitance of 0.3 pF typical at 1 MHz, making it ideal for high-speed RF applications. The device offers industry-leading capacitance linearity over voltage, combined with low insertion loss of 0.05 dB at 1 GHz and 0.10 dB at 3 GHz.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 16 V, typical clamping voltage of 47 V, and peak pulse current of 16 A. It provides robust ESD protection meeting IEC61000-4-2 ±18 kV contact and air, and HBM ±8 kV. Leakage current is less than 1 nA typical at 25°C. Power dissipation is 300 mW, with a thermal resistance of 400°C/W.
