The ON Semiconductor SZESD7451N2T5G is a micro-packaged diode designed for ultra-low capacitance ESD and transient voltage protection. With a working peak reverse voltage of 3.3V and a breakdown voltage of 6V, it offers excellent clamping capability and low leakage.
