The SZESD7371XV2T1G is an ultra-low capacitance ESD protection diode from onsemi, part of the ESD7371 series. It is designed to protect voltage sensitive components from electrostatic discharge and transient voltage events, with a maximum standoff voltage of 5.3V and an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.43pF at 1MHz.
This device offers excellent clamping capability, high linearity, and low leakage current of less than 1 nA. It provides IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection at ±8kV contact and air discharge, and can withstand up to 1000 ESD strikes. The SZESD7371XV2T1G is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it suitable for automotive applications.
The diode is housed in a surface mount SOD-523 package and is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. Its low capacitance and high linearity make it ideal for RF signal protection, antenna line protection, and high-speed data line applications such as USB 2.0 and USB 3.0.
