The SZESD7361HT1G is a unidirectional ESD protection diode from onsemi, designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge. It features an ultra-low capacitance of 0.55 pF maximum, making it suitable for high-frequency applications. The device provides ±15 kV contact and air discharge protection per IEC 61000-4-2, and ±15 kV per ISO 10605. It has a reverse standoff voltage of 5 V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 16.5 V at 1 mA, and a clamping voltage of 34 V at 16 A peak pulse current. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. The device is housed in a surface-mount SOD-323 package (SC-76 case) and is Pb-free, Halogen-free, and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include wireless chargers and near-field communications.
