The SZESD7205DT5G is an ESD protection diode array designed by On Semiconductor to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge. It features ultra-low capacitance of 0.34 pF (typical) and low ESD clamping voltage of 12.5 V typical, making it ideal for voltage-sensitive high-speed interfaces. The device provides protection for IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD strikes up to ±25 kV contact and air discharge. It integrates two unidirectional channels in a single SOT-723 package, enabling easy PCB layout with matched trace lengths for consistent impedance in differential signal pairs.
