The SZESD7104MUTAG is a low capacitance ESD protection diode from On Semiconductor, designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge. It offers ultra-low capacitance of 0.3pF typical between I/O pins, making it suitable for voltage-sensitive high-speed interfaces.
This device provides ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 at Level 4, with ±15kV contact and air discharge ratings. It features a typical clamping voltage of 10V at 1A and 14.1V at ±8A.
