The SZESD7008MUTAG is an 8-channel unidirectional TVS diode from onsemi designed for ESD protection of high-speed data lines. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 10V at 1A peak pulse current (8/20 µs). With an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.12pF at 1MHz, this device is ideal for protecting sensitive high-speed interfaces such as HDMI and automotive data lines.
This AEC-Q101 qualified component is housed in a compact 18-UFDFN exposed pad package (18-UDFN 5.5x1.5mm) and supports surface mount assembly. It provides IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection up to ±15kV contact and air discharge. The device is Pb-free and rated UL 94 V-0 for flammability.
