It features an ultra-low capacitance of 0.3 pF typical (I/O to GND) and low ESD clamping voltage, making it suitable for voltage-sensitive high-speed interfaces.
Key electrical characteristics include a reverse working voltage of 5 V, a typical breakdown voltage of 16.5 V at 1 mA, and a maximum reverse leakage current of 1 µA at 5 V.
