The SZDF6A6.8FUT1G is a quad array TVS diode from On Semiconductor designed for ESD protection in voltage-sensitive equipment. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V with a breakdown voltage range of 6.4V to 7.2V at 5mA. The device offers low leakage current of 1.0µA maximum at the standoff voltage and typical capacitance of 40pF at 0V bias, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines.
This TVS diode array provides 75W peak power dissipation (8x20µs pulse) and meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection with 16kV air discharge and 8kV contact discharge, as well as 16kV Human Body Model. The quad junction common anode design protects four separate lines in a single SC-88 (SC-70-6) package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
Typical applications include ESD protection for computers, printers, business machines, communication systems, and medical equipment. The device is Pb-free and available with SZ prefix for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q101 qualification.
