The SZ1SMA24CAT3G is an automotive-grade Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse Inc. designed for voltage transient suppression. It features a typical reverse standoff voltage of 24V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 26.7V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 38.9V at a peak pulse current of 10.3A (10/1000µs waveform). The device can handle 400W of peak pulse power under the same test conditions.
This diode is not intended for power line protection and is optimized for automotive applications. It offers a typical capacitance of 260pF at 1MHz. The operating temperature range spans from -65°C to 150°C (junction).
