The SY100E131JC is a high-speed quad master slave D-type flip-flop with differential outputs, designed for high-performance ECL systems. It offers a minimum toggle frequency of 1100MHz and a typical clock frequency of 1.4 GHz. This flip-flop supports individual and common clocking modes, with individual asynchronous reset and paired asynchronous set controls.
