The JST SVH-41T-P1.1 is a crimp-type socket contact designed for use with the VH connector series. It accepts wire gauges from 16 to 20 AWG with an insulation diameter of 1.7 to 3.0 mm. The contact is made of phosphor bronze with tin plating (reflow treatment) and is rated for 10 A at 250 V AC/DC (AWG #16). The operating temperature range is -25°C to +85°C including temperature rise. Initial contact resistance is 10 mΩ max, and after environmental tests it is 20 mΩ max. Insulation resistance is 1000 MΩ min, and withstanding voltage is 1500 VAC per minute. The contact is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3,500 pieces per reel. It is RoHS2 compliant and has a MSL of 1 (unlimited). This contact is suitable for a wide variety of signal, power supply, and output circuits in consumer electronic products. The VH connector series is a 3.96 mm pitch disconnectable crimp style connector known for its reliability and large current capacity. The proven box contact design ensures secure mating and low resistance.
