The SURS8260T3G is an ultrafast rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for high voltage, high frequency rectification and freewheeling applications. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 2.0A at a lead temperature of 125°C.
Electrical characteristics: The device offers a low forward voltage drop of 1.45V maximum at 2A and 25°C, and 1.20V at 150°C. It has a reverse recovery time of 75ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching. The non-repetitive peak surge current is 35A. ESD ratings are Class 3B for HBM (>8kV) and >1000V for CDM.
Package and mounting: The diode is supplied in a surface mount DO-214AA (SMB) package with J-bend leads. It is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, and AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, with a thermal resistance of 13°C/W junction-to-lead.
