The SURA8140T3G is a 1A, 400V ultra-fast recovery rectifier designed for high-voltage, high-frequency rectification and free-wheeling diode applications. It features a low forward voltage drop of 0.89V maximum at 1A and 150°C junction temperature, and a reverse recovery time of 65ns.
This device is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package with J-bend leads, weighing approximately 70mg. It offers ESD protection exceeding 4000V HBM and 1000V CDM. The junction is glass passivated for high temperature stability, and the operating temperature range spans -65°C to 175°C.
