It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified forward current of 1A (rated at TL=155°C). The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 35 ns, enabling efficient switching in high-frequency circuits. Forward voltage is typically 875 mV at 1 A (25°C) and a maximum of 0.71 V at 1 A and 150°C. The part is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) package with J-bend leads, suitable for automated handling.
