The Vishay SUP90142E-GE3 is a ThunderFET® power MOSFET with an N-Channel configuration. It is rated for a maximum drain-source voltage of 200V and a continuous drain current of 90A at 25°C case temperature. The MOSFET offers a low on-resistance of 15.2mOhm at 30A and 10Vgs, making it suitable for efficient power conversion.
