The STTH61R04TV1 is a fast recovery rectifier diode module manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It contains two independent standard recovery diodes configured for high efficiency switching applications. The device is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 400V and an average forward current of 30A per diode. The forward voltage is 1.45V at 30A, and the reverse leakage current is 15A at 400V. The reverse recovery time is 65ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching. The diode module is housed in an ISOTOP package (ISOTOP®) and designed for chassis mounting, enabling effective heat dissipation. The fast recovery characteristic and high current capability make it appropriate for use in power supplies, motor drives, and other power conversion circuits.
