The STTH60L06CW is a fast recovery diode array from STMicroelectronics, designed for general purpose and power supply applications. It consists of a pair of common cathode diodes rated at 600V and 40A. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 90 ns and a low forward voltage drop of 1.55V at 30A.
