The STTH602CSF is a dual common cathode ultrafast rectifier diode array from STMicroelectronics. It is rated for a reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified current of 4A per diode. The device features a typical forward voltage of 1.06V at 3A and a fast reverse recovery time of 31 ns, enabling efficient high-frequency operation. The maximum junction temperature is 175°C, suitable for demanding thermal environments.
The rectifier is housed in a compact TO-277A (SMPC) surface mount package, which is also compliant with the 3-PowerDFN footprint. This package provides low thermal resistance and is ideal for automated assembly. The standard technology and fast recovery characteristics make it well-suited for freewheeling diodes, snubber circuits, and output rectification in switch-mode power supplies and DC-DC converters.
