The STTH5L06FP is a standard technology fast recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose power applications. It offers a reverse voltage rating of 600V and an average rectified current of 5A. The diode achieves a fast reverse recovery time of 95ns, enabling efficient switching in power conversion circuits. Forward voltage is specified at 1.3V maximum at 5A forward current.
The device is packaged in a TO-220-2 Full Pack with an isolated tab (TO-220FPAC), which simplifies heatsinking and provides electrical isolation. It supports through-hole mounting and operates at junction temperatures up to 175°C.
