The STTH512B-TR is a high voltage fast recovery rectifier diode designed and manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It offers a reverse voltage rating of 1200V and an average forward current of 5A, making it suitable for demanding power applications. The diode features a fast recovery time of 95ns (trr) with a maximum forward voltage drop of 2.2V at 5A, enabling efficient switching performance.
The device is housed in a DPAK (TO-252-3) surface mount package, which provides excellent thermal performance and is compatible with standard SMD assembly processes. The junction operating temperature is rated up to 175°C, allowing reliable operation in high-temperature environments.
