The STTH4R02B-TR is a general purpose fast recovery rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics. It is designed for high-speed switching applications and offers a reverse voltage rating of 200V and an average rectified current of 4A.
The diode features a low forward voltage of 1.05V at the rated current, minimizing conduction losses. With a reverse recovery time of 30ns, it is well suited for high-frequency circuits requiring fast switching and low power dissipation.
