The STTH3R06U is a fast recovery epitaxial diode from STMicroelectronics, designed for general purpose rectification applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 600 V and a maximum average rectified current (IF(AV)) of 3 A. The forward voltage (VF) is specified at 1.7 V maximum with a test condition of 3 A forward current.
This diode offers a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of 35 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications where efficiency is important. The junction operating temperature can reach up to 175°C.
