It features a maximum reverse voltage of 600 V and an average rectified current rating of 3 A. The forward voltage is typically 1.7 V at 3 A, and the reverse recovery time is 35 ns, making it suitable for circuits requiring low switching losses.
This diode is rated for operation up to 175°C junction temperature. It is housed in a rugged DO-201AD axial leaded package, intended for through-hole mounting.
