The STTH3R04S is a fast recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose applications. It is rated for a maximum average rectified current of 3A and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400V.
The diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 35 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits. The maximum forward voltage is 1.5V at 3A forward current.
The device is housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) surface-mount package, with an operating temperature range up to 175°C. It is RoHS3 compliant and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited).
