The STTH312B is an ultrafast recovery diode from STMicroelectronics designed for high efficiency rectification in demanding applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1200V and an average forward current of 3A at case temperature 150°C with 0.5 duty cycle.
The diode offers very low conduction and switching losses with a typical forward voltage of 1.15V at 150°C and typical reverse recovery time of 55ns. High junction temperature capability up to 175°C and low leakage current ensure reliable operation in industrial power supplies, motor control systems, and auxiliary functions such as snubber, bootstrap, and demagnetization circuits.
The STTH312B is available in a DPAK (TO-252-3) surface mount package, suitable for automated assembly. The device is RoHS compliant (unverified) and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
