The STTH310RL is a standard fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics.
It is rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 1000V and carries an average rectified current of 3A. The forward voltage is specified at 1.7V maximum when tested at 3A. With a maximum reverse recovery time of 75ns, this device is suited for high-frequency rectification and switching applications where fast switching is required.
The diode uses standard silicon technology and is classified as fast recovery (≤500ns, >200mA). It is designed for through-hole mounting and packaged in the DO-201AD axial leaded case. The junction temperature range is -40°C to 175°C, allowing operation in demanding thermal environments.
