The STTH200W03TV1 is a fast recovery diode module from STMicroelectronics, configured as two independent standard diodes in a single ISOTOP package. Each diode is rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 300V and an average rectified current of 100A. The forward voltage is specified at 1.5V maximum at 100A, and the reverse recovery time is 50ns maximum, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. The module is chassis mountable and housed in a SOT-227-4 (miniBLOC) package with ISOTOP supplier device package designation. The operating junction temperature is up to 150°C.
