The STTH20002TV1 is a high-power fast recovery diode array module manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It contains two independent standard recovery diodes configured for high-current rectification applications. Each diode is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 200V and an average rectified forward current of 100A. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 50 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching power supplies and converters.
This forward voltage drop is typically 1.05V at 100A forward current, enabling efficient conduction. The module is designed for chassis mounting and housed in an industry-standard ISOTOP package, which provides excellent thermal performance with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.
