The STTH16L06CT from STMicroelectronics is a fast recovery diode array configured as a 1 pair common cathode. Each diode is rated for an average rectified current of 8A at 600V reverse voltage, with a forward voltage of 1.8V at 8A. The device features a reverse recovery time of 55ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
