The STTH1602CG-TR is a high-performance fast recovery diode array from STMicroelectronics, configured as a pair of common cathode diodes. Each diode is rated for an average rectified current of 6A at 200V reverse voltage, making it suitable for power supply and snubber applications. The device features a typical forward voltage of 1.1V at 8A forward current and an exceptionally fast reverse recovery time of only 26 ns. The diodes are fabricated using standard technology and operate at junction temperatures up to 175°C.
The array is housed in a TO-263-3 (D²Pak) surface mount package with the supplier device package designation D2PAK.
