The STTH15RQ06G-TR is a standard technology fast recovery rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 600V and a nominal average rectified current of 15A. The device features a maximum forward voltage of 2.95V at 15A and a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
This diode is housed in a surface mount TO-263-3 (D2PAK) package with a supplier device package of D2PAK. It supports an operating junction temperature up to 175°C. The component is designed for general purpose rectification and power supply circuits where fast switching and low recovery losses are required.
