The STTH15R06D is a fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 15A. The diode exhibits a low forward voltage drop of 2.9V at 15A and a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
This device uses standard planar technology and is designed for general purpose rectification. The maximum junction temperature is 175°C, allowing operation in demanding thermal environments. The diode is through-hole mounted and comes in a TO-220-2 package with a TO-220AC supplier device package.
