The STTH15L06FP is a standard rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics, designed for general purpose and fast switching applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 15A.
The diode features a fast recovery time of 85ns maximum, meeting the fast recovery specification of ≤500ns for currents above 200mA. The maximum forward voltage is 1.55V at 15A, ensuring efficient operation.
Thermal performance is supported by a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The device is through-hole mounted in a TO-220-2 Full Pack package with an isolated tab, also known as TO-220FPAC, which provides electrical isolation and heat dissipation.
