The STTH1506TPI is a high-voltage fast recovery diode array manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It consists of two diodes connected in series, each rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified current of 15A per diode. The device exhibits a low forward voltage drop of 3.6V at 15A and a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. The junction operating temperature is up to 150°C. The diode array is packaged in a TOP-3I insulated through-hole package, which provides electrical isolation and easy mounting on a heatsink. This component is commonly used in power supply circuits, inverters, and motor drives where high efficiency and fast switching are required.
