The STTH1210DI is a fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications requiring fast switching with low reverse recovery loss. The diode has an average rectified current rating of 12A and a repetitive reverse voltage of 1kV. Its reverse recovery time (trr) is 90ns, making it suitable for switching power supplies and freewheeling circuits. The forward voltage drop is 2V at 12A forward current.
