The STTH1202D is a fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics, offering a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified forward current of 12A. It is designed for efficient high-frequency rectification and freewheeling applications.
Electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 12A and a typical reverse recovery time of 35ns, enabling low losses in switching circuits. The device can operate at junction temperatures up to 175°C, providing reliable performance in demanding environments.
