The STTH102 is a general purpose fast recovery rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics. It is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified current of 1A.
The diode features a low forward voltage of 970 mV at 1A and a fast reverse recovery time of 20 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. It operates at junction temperatures up to 175°C.
