The STTA9012TV1 is a fast recovery diode module from STMicroelectronics, containing two independent standard recovery diodes. Each diode is rated for an average rectified current of 45A and a maximum reverse voltage of 1200V. The diodes feature a fast recovery time of 115ns, enabling efficient switching in high-frequency applications. The forward voltage is 2.05V at 45A, and the reverse leakage current is 200µA at 960V (verify with datasheet).
