The STTA512F is a fast recovery diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics, designed for high-voltage applications. It is rated for a maximum DC reverse voltage of 1200V and an average rectified forward current of 5A. The diode features a fast reverse recovery time of 95ns, making it suitable for switching power supplies and inverter circuits.
