The STPSC12H065D is a Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode from STMicroelectronics rated for 650V DC reverse voltage and 12A average forward current. It features a typical forward voltage of 1.75V at 12A and a fast reverse recovery time of ≤500ns, enabling high-frequency switching with reduced losses. The diode has a low typical junction capacitance of 600pF at 0V, 1MHz, contributing to efficient operation in power conversion circuits.
