The STPSC10H12GY-TR is a 1200V, 10A Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications requiring fast switching and low losses. The diode offers a typical forward voltage of 1.5V at 10A and a junction capacitance of 725 pF at 0V and 1MHz. With zero reverse recovery time, it significantly reduces switching losses compared to conventional silicon diodes.
The device is housed in a D2PAK (TO-263) surface mount package, suitable for automated assembly. It supports a junction temperature range of -40°C to 175°C, making it suitable for demanding environments. The diode is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected.
