The STPS745G is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 45V and an average rectified current of 7.5A. The forward voltage is typically 840mV at a 15A test condition, enabling low conduction losses.
This diode is housed in a TO-263-3 (D2PAK) surface-mount package, which provides excellent thermal performance with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The fast switching characteristic, with a reverse recovery time of 500ns, makes it suitable for high-frequency circuits.
