The STPS6M100SF is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency power conversion. Rated at 100V DC reverse voltage and 6A average forward current, it offers fast recovery ≤500ns suitable for high-frequency switching.
This diode uses Schottky technology for low forward voltage drop and reduced switching losses. The surface mount TO-277A (SMPC) package accommodates compact PCB designs with an operating junction temperature up to 175°C.
Typical applications include power supply output rectification, freewheeling diodes in DC-DC converters, and polarity protection circuits. The device is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and rated MSL 1 unlimited for moisture sensitivity.
