The STPS5H100SF is a Schottky rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics, designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and an average forward current of 5A.
The diode offers fast recovery performance with reverse recovery time <= 500ns at Io > 200mA. It is housed in a TO-277A (SMPC) surface mount package, which is also available in TO-277 3-PowerDFN. The junction operating temperature can reach up to 175°C.
