The STPS41L45CG-TR is a Schottky diode array from STMicroelectronics featuring a common cathode configuration with two diodes in a single D2PAK package. It is designed for high-efficiency rectification with a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 45V and a low forward voltage drop of 530mV at 20A. The reverse leakage current is 1.2mA at 45V, and the device can operate at junction temperatures up to 150°C.
This diode array is suitable for applications requiring fast switching and low forward losses, such as power supply output rectification, OR-ing diodes, and high-frequency switching circuits.
